The Nigerian government plans to open a state-of-the-art data center with a 1.4 petabyte capacity before May 29, 2024, marking President Bola Tinubu’s first year in office. The data center will store critical national information, including citizens’ biometric data. The Minister emphasized the importance of adopting advanced technological solutions to enhance efficiency and accountability in national operations. NUNAI’s President commended the Ministry’s efforts to address the challenges faced by Nigerians in Italy and encouraged further collaboration to support stranded Nigerians there.
