The Capacity Development course was a great incentive for my career. I was looking for a course with practical examples, concrete explanations and interaction with people with different experience and backgrounds. I got this and more. From the practical point, the course pace fit perfectly in my busy schedule. It offered extremely interesting reading materials, a dedicated and professional group of mentors, updated case studies in accordance with challenges we find in real life situations. I particularly liked the explanation on Theories of Changes, a key feature that played a big role for my interviews for the new role I am responsible for now. I am applying the learning, in the hope to become a better humanitarian professional.
