Viona Rashica is a Doctor of Political Sciences, University Lecturer in International Relations and European Studies, as well as an Academic Researcher in Digital Diplomacy and the Brexit Process. She has published several articles dedicated to the two aforementioned fields, and in 2024 she published her first monographic book dedicated to these two topics, which are the first in the Albanian language. Additionally, her book on digital diplomacy counts among the top ten written so far on this topic internationally. Her research articles have received many citations, making her name internationally recognised as an expert in digital diplomacy. Dr. Viona Rashica has participated in various international scientific conferences and
seminars within the Western Balkan countries and in several European countries. Also, in 2024, she began her academic career in Kosovo as a university lecturer in the subjects of international relations and European studies.
