Scott Timcke (PhD, Simon Fraser University) is a Senior Research Associate at Research ICT Africa where he oversees the Information Integrity programme. He is also Affiliated with the Center for Information, Technology, and Public Life at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His third book, The Political Economy of Fortune and Misfortune: Prospects for Prosperity in Our Times, was released in March 2023.
