Julien Grollier
Mr Julien Grollier is a Programme Officer at CUTS International, Geneva, an NGO catalysing the pro-trade, pro-equity voices of the Global South in trade and development debates in Geneva. Responsible for advocacy and networking, he coordinated advocacy campaigns leading to greater coherence across trade, climate change, and agriculture policies in East Africa. Julien’s written contributions have covered WTO and trade-related issues, including competition policy, agriculture, trade negotiations, etc. He has a keen interest in information technology, and co-presented a study on the trade impacts of ICT and e-commerce at the 2016 MIKTA WTO Workshop on Electronic Commerce. A native French speaker, Julien is fluent in English, Spanish and German. He holds a Masters’ Degree in Applied Languages and International Affairs from the University of La Rochelle, France.
