Ingrid Serwah Asare
Ms. Ingrid Serwah Asare is a lawyer with the Legal and Compliance Division of the Cyber Security Authority of Ghana. Over the past 3 years, she has actively participated in the development of legal and regulatory frameworks and policies in cybersecurity and cybercrime. This role included providing support to the Ghana Team responsible for the negotiations for the development of the international convention to counter the use of Information and Communication Technology for criminal purposes.
