Ms Beatrice Ferrari is the director of International Affairs at the Canton of Geneva, which is in charge of supporting the International Geneva ecosystem and its international cooperation. She holds a PhD from the Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, with a spesialisation in Asian cities and the impact of globalisation. Ferrari was previously head of the Bilateral Relations Office at the Swiss State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation, where she was engaged in promoting science diplomacy.
