Aleksandar Jestrović, also known as Jamesdin, was born in Zagreb, former Yugoslavia. He graduated from the Department of Painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade under Professor Čedomir Vasić. He completed the master’s programme Art in Context at the Berlin University of Arts under the guidance of Docent Wolfgang Knapp.

Aleksandar has received significant awards for his artistic work. Since 1999, he has showcased his work in 17 solo exhibitions and over 100 group exhibitions in Serbia and abroad. He currently lives and works in Berlin and Belgrade.
