The four-day session covered topics such as Order of Precedence, cultural differences, proper handling of business cards, table settings, press conferences, state visits, and diplomatic communication. The interactive workshop included role-playing and in-depth discussions, focusing on best practices applicable to Moldova. Diplo was engaged to design and conduct the workshop.
