Participants praised the training for enhancing their media skills and recommended it for diplomats seeking improvement in this area. Valeriu Nicolae, a human rights activist and communications trainer, brought a wealth of experience to the workshop, having worked at high levels in civil society, governmental, and intergovernmental organizations around the world.

Communication skills workshop for Serbian MFA

A communication skills workshop was held for Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs representatives by the Diplo Foundation. The training stressed the importance of tone, speed, and pitch in effective communication, and included practical exercises. Participants noted the impact of the workshop in improving their awareness and message delivery. Facilitator Ms. Mary Murphy was commended for her expertise. Continuous feedback will be offered to participants, and the workshop was deemed a valuable experience. Ms. Murphy, a Budapest-based public speaking coach, led the workshop.
