The interactive course covers Education Diplomacy, involving lectures, online interactions, activities, and a final essay. Participants commit five to seven hours weekly for ten weeks. Successful completion earns a post-graduate level certificate. The course starts on September 26, 2016, with applications due by August 15. Partial scholarships are available for candidates from developing countries active in Education Diplomacy. Online Training on Internet Governance for the MENA Region

Civic actors in the Middle East and North Africa region are encouraged to apply for this course, developed by DiploFoundation and funded by Hivos. The graduation ceremony at the Jesuit’s Church in Valletta, Malta celebrated their research topics, ranging from small arms proliferation in East Africa to Palestinian statehood diplomacy. The graduates' work was supervised by Diplo faculty members.
