The Workshop on Public Diplomacy for Parliamentarians focused on the participation of South African parliamentarians in public diplomacy activities. It addressed both specific management and implementation aspects (for example, the use of e-tools) and broader political issues. Parliamentarians were particularly interested in the impact of the Internet on policy-making.
