Dr Jovan Kurbalija delivered the session ‘Latest Developments in e-Diplomacy’ at the European External Action Service (EEAS) at the course on ‘Public Diplomacy & Relations with the Media’.
The course was attended by EEAS staff at Headquarters and in Delegations, and diplomatic services of Member States.
