Supporting MFAs on communications in digital age

A training program on strategic communication for Serbian senior and junior diplomats was organized by DiploFoundation in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Serbia and the British Embassy in Belgrade. The program aimed to equip Serbian diplomats with the skills and knowledge required for effective communication in the digital age.

The expected outcomes of the training program for Serbian diplomats are to raise awareness and develop the skills needed for a more efficient public diplomacy capacity of Serbia’s future diplomatic core, one that is capable of communicating effectively in the digital age. This program is part of DiploFoundation’s efforts to promote digital diplomacy and offer training in e-diplomacy.

The training included nine workshops. The DiploFoundation delivered a third cycle of workshops, focusing this time on communication skills, for the Serbian MFA on 27 and 28 November.
