Preparations under way for the 6th IGF [Updated]

Preparations are under way for the upcoming 6th Internet Governance Forum, the annual meeting for stakeholders of IG and ICT policy. Diplo will be organising a number of workshops on Access and Diversity, IG for Development, and other emerging issues. It will be launching two new publications, a *Book of Abstracts*, and *Emerging Leaders for the Digital World, *and distributing other IG material, including the publication *An Introduction to Internet Governance*, the IG DVD, and IG illustrations. Several pre-IGF events were held on Monday, 26th September. The 6th IGF welcomed hundreds of delegates to Nairobi, Kenya, for the most anticipated Internet governance event of the year.
