In May 2014, the GIP and the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence presented a new publication, ‘Peacetime Regime for State Activities in Cyberspace’, edited by Katharina Ziolkowski, with contributions from Dr Jovan Kurbalija to the chapter on e-diplomacy and diplomatic law in the Internet era. Taking a multi-disciplinary approach, the publication covers the technical, legal, policy, and diplomacy aspects of state activities in cyberspace during peacetime.
