New course in public diplomacy

In September 2007, Diplo introduced a new course, ‘Public Diplomacy’ by Amb. Kishan S Rana and Dr Biljana Scott. The course covered the goals and methods of public diplomacy, outlining what it can and cannot do, with case studies.
