27 March 2025 - 28 March 2025

Warsaw

On March 27–27, 2025, Diplo and the Polish Diplomatic Academy conducted training sessions that focused on preparing tech and diplomatic communities for forthcoming AI transformation of diplomacy. The main emphasis was on effective communication between diplomatic and tech professionals in the context of:

  • AI’s role in diplomatic negotiations, speech drafting, and decision-making
  • Practical applications of AI in institutional operations and risk management
  • Effective AI adoption strategies and best practices from other organisations

The primary goal was to address AI-related issues from various organisational, diplomatic, and technical angles. Tools and platforms created and/or tested by Diplo provided a practical example of AI exploration.

Training structure
