Diplomats and other professionals joined the e-diplomacy panel to discuss ‘Diplomatic Reporting in the Internet Era after WikiLeaks‘. The discussion, co-organised by Diplo and the GCSP, took place in February in Geneva, and was simultaneously broadcast online.
