The event is part of the ‘Financing for development in action’ series launched by the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and the World Bank Group Geneva.

Discussions will revolve around the following questions:

  • How is technology disrupting industries and creating new growth pathways?
  • What are the world’s historical experiences in adapting to technological changes, and in what ways are our experiences today different from or similar to the past?
  • What are the roles of governments, private sector and academia?
