The five-day training programme offers understanding, framing, and actions to be taken in the Internet governance current environment. It offers potential governance scenarios and will analyse its international, regional and national political, economical, and technical implications. It aims to help participants better understand the global, regional, and national Internet governance issues, settings and processes while gaining access to comprehensive and structured knowledge on the various aspects of Internet governance, and the actors, issues and settings surrounding it.

The training spans five tracks, covering the political, legal, economic, socio-cultural, technological and other dimensions of Internet governance within the context of the MEAC regional imperatives.
