Diplo’s co-operation with the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP) was intensive in the second part of 2003. Diplo contributed to a course on security run by the GCSP in Belgrade, with modules on information technology and negotiations. The module on negotiations was also delivered at the GCSP’s course in Bishkek. At WSIS, Diplo and the GCSP co-organised a well-attended panel on cyberwar, cybercrime, and cyberterrorism.
