As part of the Commonwealth Peoples Forum, at the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting, Diplo held a discussion panel targeted at decision makers from countries with limited financial and human resources. The discussion aimed at helping participants develop the skills and knowledge required to take part in the global debate about Internet governance. Panellists included Dr Jovan Kurbalija; Alex Sceberras Trigona, Diplo Senior Fellow; Robert Guerra, Priveterra, Canada; and Stephanie Psaila, Diplo IGCBP Associate. Diplo discussions on Internet governance contributed to the Commonwealth Action Plan on the Digital Divide.
