The American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN) and the Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU) are pleased to host the 4th ARIN/CTU Public Policy Group Special Forum. The theme for this event is Caribbean Priorities Within A Changing Global Internet.
Dr Jovan Kurbalija (Executive Director, Diplo; Head, Geneva Internet Platform (GIP)) will participate in the discussion on digital inclusion.
