Diplo is the proud new host of the website of Professor G.R. Berridge, Emeritus Professor of International Politics, University of Leicester, and Senior Fellow, DiploFoundation. We are pleased to make this website, offering a wealth of information on the research and teaching of diplomacy, available to the diplomatic and academic communities. The 2009 Master Degree/PGD in Contemporary Diplomacy
You are invited to apply for the popular Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Contemporary Diplomacy, offered through the University of Malta. This blended learning programme offers a valuable opportunity for diplomats and other international relations professionals to continue studies while remaining on the job.

Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations
Kishan Rana, a member of the DiploFoundation faculty, has been invited to join the Panel of Distinguished Fellows of the Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations, Kuala Lumpur. The Institute for Diplomacy and Foreign Relations is the training arm of the Malaysian Foreign Ministry. It conducts training courses in various facets of diplomacy and undertakes research. It also offers an MA degree in Strategy and Diplomacy, in association with the National University of Malaysia. It appoints Malaysians and foreigners as Distinguished Fellows of the Institute, initially for a period of 2 years. The Fellows are expected to participate at least once a year in training programs at the Institute. Kishan Rana has lectured at the Institute in various programs for the past 3 years, including offering an intensive week of lectures for young diplomats going out on their first overseas assignment.
