Webinars Cyberconflict and warfare, Cybernorms EventsA webinar on cyber norms will address the rising number of cyber incidents attributed to states and the push for cybersecurity accords. Governments are increasing cybersecurity budgets and engaging in bilateral agreements while advocating for global norms of behavior in cyberspace. Various stakeholders are contributing to dialogues around cyberconflicts, including Microsoft proposing norms. The webinar will discuss the role of stakeholders in global cyber norm negotiations.
