Developing data capacities in the Caribbean

The 9-week course covers various topics such as cybersecurity, human rights, and Internet governance processes, benefiting diplomats in fields like telecommunications and development. It combines online learning with face-to-face meetings and focuses on diplomatic and policy processes in International Geneva. Successful participants receive a certificate. The course, supported by the Swiss government, runs from October 8th to December 5th, 2018. Applications are open until September 30th, 2018, for Geneva-based individuals only.
