The course examines changes during COVID-19, the effectiveness of international cooperation and legal measures, and the roles of different stakeholders in addressing cybersecurity challenges, including technological and geopolitical risks, policy issues, and relationships with economic development and human rights.

Applications for Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Contemporary Diplomacy, in collaboration with the University of Malta, are open until September 25. The program begins in February 2021.

It is one of five postgraduate-level online courses designed for professionals in international relations. Scholarships are available for applicants from developing countries. The courses require around 7-10 hours of study per week for ten weeks, with interactive discussions and assignments included. Ultimately, Zoom serves as a valuable addition, fostering a more direct connection with lecturers and allowing participants greater influence over discussion topics. It is considered a complementary tool, enhancing overall satisfaction and learning experiences in Diplo courses.
