The United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC) is a UN organization based in Turin, Italy. It serves the personnel of the United Nations and its affiliates through inter-agency learning and training. By providing learning, training, and knowledge dissemination, the organization aims to contribute to a more effective, results-oriented, and agile United Nations.
Formally established by the General Assembly on December 20, 2000, the UNSSC provides strategic leadership and management development, strengthens inter-agency collaboration, increases operational effectiveness, and enhances cooperation with stakeholders inside and outside the UN system.
The UNSSC offers a variety of courses and customized services to meet the organization’s needs. It also hosts a global learning hub called Blue Line, open to all UN staff for personalized and self-directed learning.
