The Family Online Safety Institute (FOSI) is an international, non-profit organisation working in the area of child online safety. FOSI convenes leaders in industry, government and the non-profit sectors to collaborate and innovate new solutions and policies in the field of online safety. 

FOSI's activities focus on developing and providig online safety educational resources for children and parents, and on informing governments, regulators, industry and media around the world on a balanced approach to online safety. Research and policy analysis undertaken by FOSI cover issues such as: online sexual harrasment, online extremism, child sexual abuse, parenting control tools, online privacy, and identity theft. The organisation also  hosts roundtables, seminars and conferences on issues related to the safe use of technology by children.
