The Council of European National Top Level Domain Registries (CENTR) is a not-for-profit organisation composed of registries of country code top level domains (ccTLDs) mainly from across Europe.

The objective of the organisation is to contribute to the development and promotion of high standards and best practices for the operations of ccTLD registries. In addition to functioning as a forum where its members exchange information and discuss matters of policy affecting ccTLD operations, CENTR also works on promoting its members' interests within the wider Internet governance ecosystem. In doing so, it represents its membership in interactions with various entities, such as governments and intergovernmental organisations, entities in the technical community (such as the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers and other ccTLD associations), and private companies.

Other activities carried out by CENTR include: holding thematic workshops on domain name-related issues, providing news services for its members, compiling statistics, and reporting from international  meetings.
