Book launch: Internet Governance at the Point of No Return

Wednesday, 23rd June, 16:00–16:45 CET

Join us for a conversation with Prof. Rolf H. Weber to talk about his new book Internet Governance at the Point of No Return, and to find out about a new normative internet governance ecosystem.

The book, available for free download, provides an overview of the most relevant legal principles that play a substantive role in the internet governance context. It elaborates on the concepts of legitimacy, participation, transparency, and accountability. Is internet governance at the point of no return?

Prof. Rolf H. Weber is a law professor at the University of Zürich. During the last two decades, the author was involved in the development of internet governance concepts in legal and interdisciplinary research projects, as well as in his capacity as an expert for international organisations and as a member of global associations in this field.

The discussion with Prof. Weber will be moderated by Dr Tereza Horejsova
