Diplomatic exhibition in Ethiopia: promoting awareness among citizens and diplomatic community

Foreign Ministry spokesman Meles Alem highlighted the significance of the recently concluded diplomacy week and exhibition in Ethiopia, emphasizing their role in educating both citizens and the diplomatic community. He announced the extension of the exhibition, providing additional time for African attendees to participate in the upcoming 37th Summit of African Heads of State and Government.


The 44th Ordinary Session of the African Union Executive Council is scheduled for February 14-15, and the 37th Summit will take place from February 17-18, 2024, in Addis Ababa. Ethiopia, serving as the seat of the African Union and a champion of Pan-Africanism, has diligently prepared for the conference’s success. The preparatory committee collaborated with the African Union to ensure all necessary arrangements were made. The assembly aims to promote best practices in various sectors, including agriculture, tourism, and the green heritage initiative.
