Training course in mediation

A training course in mediation is being offered by Conflux Center, in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Serbia, DiploFoundation, and the Faculty of Media and Communication at Singidunum University.

The training course is designed for mid- and senior-level staff of international organisations, governments, non-governmental organisations, and academic institutions with the view to enhancing their knowledge and conflict analysis and mediation skills. The training will consist of contributions by senior experts and practitioners in this field, facilitated discussions, and simulation exercises.

Mr Julian Harston, UN Assistant Secretary-General (Ret.) and Ambassador Milos Strugar, UN Senior Mediation Adviser, will be the senior mentors at the course, and Mr Goran Topalovic will be the director of the course. The course will include instructors from Conflux Center, the UN Mediation Support Unit, the OSCE Mediation Support Team, and DiploFoundation.
