Public lecture on Internet governance in Bangkok

Dr Jovan Kurbalija, director of DiploFoundation, and head of the Geneva Internet Platform, will give a public lecture on Internet Governance in Bangkok on 31 August. The lecture will look at the legal and policy challenges in the governance of the Internet and the future of international relations in the Digital Age.

The lecture will take place the Thammasat Law School, Tha Prachan Campus, Room 222.

During the event, the Thai translation of Dr Kurbalija’s An Introduction to Internet Governance, which has been translated into eight languages, will be launched. The publication is now in its 6th edition.

This lecture is organised by DiploFoundation, the International LL.B. Program in Business Law, Thammasat University, and the Foundation for Internet and Civic Culture (Thai Netizen Network). It is part of the Distinguished Scholars Lecture Series runs by the International LL.B. Program, which is free and open to the public.

The lecture will be in English, with a brief translation in Thai.
