Exhibition: History of telecommunications security – from smoke signals to the Internet

21 October 2013 -

Belgrade

On 21 October at 19:00, as the part of European Cyber Security Month, the EU Agency for Network and Information Security (ENISA), and the Register of National Internet Domain Names of Serbia (RNIDS) will organise an exhibition – History of telecommunications security – from smoke signals to the Internet, at the Ozone gallery in Belgrade.

The exhibition, created in collaboration with DiploFoundation, features illustrations by Vladimir Veljasevic.

Everything that was once true about smoke signals and carrier pigeons still holds for the networked world of the Internet today; it’s just more complex. It will always be a matter of knowledge and respect for the rules.
