Dr. Jovan Kurbalija, Director of DiploFoundation spoke about an impact of the Internet on diplomacy, as part of a panel on 'Diplomacy 2.0' with Ambassador of the United States Laura E. Kennedy and Ambassador Paivi Kairamo of Finland. The panel was organised by the Geneva Center for Security Policy.
