Master/PGD students visit University of Malta’s Faculty of Arts

Students currently following the University of Malta’s Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Contemporary Diplomacy, run by DiploFoundation, were last week invited to the University of Malta’s Faculty of Arts library by the Dean of the Faculty, Professor Dominic Fenech.

The students –  from Bermuda, Indonesia, Kingdom of Swaziland, Malta, Paraguay, and the Philippines – are currently attending a 10-day workshop as part of their Master/PGD in Contemporary Diplomacy.

Professor Fenech’s talk on The Mediterranean: Defined by its Multiple Crises? stimulated a lively discussion among participants.

The Master/PGD in Contemporary Diplomacy is a unique online programme of study which starts with a mandatory 10-day workshop in Malta. The workshop focuses on diplomatic practices such as negotiations, nation branding, e-diplomacy, language and diplomacy, and Internet governance among others. Led by speakers who are expert practitioners in their field, each session engages simulations and hands-on exercises.

Following the workshop, participants continue their studies online, via an online e-platform developed by DiploFoundation. More details about the programme are available here.
