The Diplomatic Institute Qatar serves as the training division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in Qatar. Its primary purpose is to provide Qatari foreign service personnel with the necessary skills and knowledge to represent the country on the international stage effectively. The institute designs and implements training programs for Qatari diplomats and Ministry staff at the headquarters and Qatar's representative missions abroad.These programs aim to refine diplomatic skills, enhance knowledge of international relations, and develop expertise in areas such as political and economic affairs.
MOFA conducts research and analysis on global and regional issues relevant to Qatar's foreign policy, using this analysis to offer informed advice and recommendations to policymakers.
