The Instituto Artigas del Servicio Exterior-Escuela Diplomática (IASE) is an institution of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Uruguay. Its primary role is to train diplomatic officials from the time they join the Ministry to the end of their careers.
The IASE organizes courses, seminars, and conferences for training, improvement, specialization, and research. It also manages bibliographic services and related services in the Chancellery and abroad.
