The Mediterranean Academy of Diplomatic Studies (MEDAC) is a higher education institution at the University of Malta. It was established in 1990 through an agreement between the Governments of Malta and Switzerland.MEDAC's primary mission is to provide advanced (post-graduate) instruction to junior diplomats and students aspiring for international careers in diplomacy, international and non-governmental organizations, or the private sector.

The institution offers Master's degrees in Diplomatic Studies. The academic program includes International Law, International Relations, International History, International Economics, and Diplomacy. Instruction is available in English, French, or German.

MEDAC aims to provide its students with a comprehensive experience, including negotiation exercises, visits by international lecturers, immersion in the culture of the Maltese islands, and study visits abroad if funding allows.

MEDAC students can engage with distinguished speakers every academic year, including current and former foreign ministries and high-level EU representatives. Another notable feature of the Masters program is the Ambassadorial lecture series, where Ambassadors accredited to Malta interact with the students.
