Atef Ahmed is an educational consultant and has years of experience planning and designing teachers’ education and youth development programs. Mr. Ahmed holds a Ph.D. in instructional technology from Cairo University in Egypt. He also has a diploma in Civic Society, Human Rights from Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences, Cairo University.
