The session ‘Critical Infrastructure Protection in the Context of International Cyber Security‘ is the closing session of the UN Institute for Disarmament Research’s (UNIDIR) 2022 cyber stability conference titled Protecting Critical Infrastructure and Services Across Sectors.

The session will open with a short recap by the rapporteur of the main insights emerging from the thematic panels, reflecting on both unique and shared challenges and suggested ways forward. The discussion will then look at the role that the UN, primarily through the Open-Ended Working Group (OEWG), can play in this context.
