The second workshop on ‘Public Diplomacy’ was held at the South African Parliament in Cape Town by Dr Alex Trigona, Liz Galvez and Pete Cranston. The overall response from participants was very positive, for both the traditional public diplomacy material and the e-diplomacy component.
