In September 2009, DiploFoundation launched a Capacity Development Programme to assist ACP (African, Caribbean and Pacific) countries in ICT policy and Internet governance. The @CP-ICT programme financed by the European Development Fund (EDF) was aimed to assist ACP governments and institutions to design, implement, and evaluate their national and regional ICT/Internet policies.
