In early September 2003, Diplo, in co-operation with the Diplomatic Academy in Belgrade, and with the support of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), held an introductory workshop for the Information Society Governance Belgrade course. This course formed part of a series of activities related to information society governance, leading up to WSIS, which took place in December 2003 in Geneva.
