MedGate logoOn 28–29 November 1995, a MedGate workshop was held in Malta, providing training on digital diplomacy for Mediterranean countries. The MedGate portal was an online space for policy interaction among Mediterranean countries. MedGate was organised in cooperation with the Council of Europe.
